We like clear agreements. That is why we enter into a data processing agreement with every organisation that uses our services. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (also known as GDPR), clients and suppliers are obliged to enter into a processor agreement. This contains agreements on the processing of personal data.

Zenya offers various options for concluding a good agreement, without it costing your organisation a lot of time.

Zenya is a product of Infoland B.V. Because we host the software – and thus provide a SaaS service – there is always processing of personal data. Therefore, a data processing agreement is mandatory at all times.

Such an agreement is a legal document that has to be right in substance for both parties. It can take a lot of time to be drafted. Therefore, we have drafted a standard agreement and established standard responses based on selected data processing agreements from a variety of industries. It is also possible to enter into a customised data processing agreement.

1. Our standard agreement

Agreement drafted by your organisation

We have drafted this data processing agreement with great care in consultation with a legal expert. It is an agreement that does justice to the interests of the controller (your organisation) and the processor (Infoland) in which risks and liability are allocated to both parties in a reasonable manner.

When you sign or agree to an offer, this data processing agreement is declared applicable. So if this data processing agreement is sufficient for your organisation, you don’t need to do anything further.

Standard Data Processing Agreement

Should you choose to draw up a completely unique data processing agreement, we will need to have it checked by a lawyer. We will pass on the costs we incur for this – namely €570.00 excluding VAT – to your organisation. The processing time for establishing the agreement will increase by at least 2 weeks.
