Of course you can read on our website how much fun it is to work at Zenya. It would be a bit strange not to say so, wouldn’t it? But every company writes that, of course. That’s why you don’t have to believe us, but you do have to believe your future colleagues! They tell in a nutshell why they love working at Zenya. And no, that’s not for just the ping-pong table….
… but that ping-pong table might still play a big part for Erik 😊. Today, meet the good-humoured Erik Franssen: Support Coordinator, ambience builder at the ping-pong table and always ready for a good chat with our customers.
“Hi, I am Erik Franssen. Together with my wife Anniek and our children Fay and Alex, I live in beautiful ‘s-Hertogenbosch. I am a real BBQ lover – we turn it on at least once a month. As soon as the sun shows itself more often, you can join us in the garden every weekend. Meat on the grill, beer in hand, together with friends… that’s what makes me happy.”
And as if that’s not sporty enough, Erik is also regularly on the padel court. “I stopped playing football in the Sunday league (that says it all 😉 ), and then I started playing padel. Super fun AND it’s nice to be on the move.”
Oh, and another important thing: Erik is free with Carnival. And on 11-11. And yes, 12-11 too. Priorities, eh?
“After working at Acknowledge for a while – I was there via secondment at Volvo Cars Netherlands – I was ready for something new. Through Rick from Sprint Intermediair, I came into contact with Zenya and it felt right immediately. I have been on board here since 1 September 2017.”

“Each week starts with regular consultation moments with my team and I regularly join CABs – these are consultations where we discuss changes within Zenya. I also help customers by looking with them in their Zenya environment. Together, we make sure they can work optimally with the software. And yes, of course emergency calls and questions from colleagues also arrive in between. A lot of variation!”
“Oy, hard to choose… But if I have to: the weekends in Barcelona and Berlin were great! Super fun and good for the team spirit. The outings with the Service Desk also remain great. Those moments really stay with you.”
