User management and authentication

Our software ensures that every professional is offered the information relevant to them and to which they are authorised. To be able to do that, you need to log in. Of course, having to log in frequently is one of the greatest irritations of end-users. That is why our software supports the SAML 2.0 standard for single sign-on. Single sign-on integrations with Zenya that have proven themselves in practice include:

• Active Directory Federation Services
• Azure Active Directory
• Google Workspace
• HelloID
• OKTA
• VMWare Identity Manager

We also often realise solutions in which an employee, once logged in to your organisation’s social intranet or extranet, can click through to our software without having to log in again.

Manage user accounts in one place

Our software has complete functionality for managing user accounts and user groups. This is ideal for situations where a limited number of employees work with the software. However, when more significant numbers of users are involved, we recommend that you connect our software to an existing user directory. This way, you don’t have any double work, and you can be sure that new employees have direct access to the Infoland software and that employees who leave the company don’t have access anymore.

Our most frequently used integration is with Azure Active Directory (user provisioning based on the SCIM standard). Other possibilities that we offer are:

• User provisioning from on-premises Active Directory based on LDAP
• User provisioning from AFAS
• User provisioning from OKTA or other identity management software that is compatible with the SCIM standard.
• Customisation based on our Usermanagement API.
