As a customer you can also use the Infoland Community, the online platform where you can ask all your questions about our software and find relevant support articles and training courses.

Do you have a question about our software? Then please visit the Infoland Community. Chances are high that you will find the answer to your question here. The Community contains many valuable support articles and training sessions which are written by the Support Department. In addition, you can also easily ask your question here. The staff at Support and our community – which now has more than 2,200 members – will happily help you to find an answer.
If you have a technical question or experience a malfunction in the software, you want to be able to report this to us immediately. You can do this easily and quickly on your personal My Infoland page. Here you’ll also find a dashboard with an overview of your reports, their status, and other relevant information for you and your organisation.

The quality of our Support Department is paramount. That’s why we ask our customers to give us feedback after we have solved a problem. In 2021, we received 2233 calls; 2210 calls were closed with a positive rating. With a customer satisfaction rate of 99%, we can therefore conclude that we almost always succeed in providing the right assistance.
