What can you do with the Capture app?

With the Capture app, healthcare professionals can quickly and easily record reports directly on the ward. This includes logging incidents, deviations or concerns, whilst allowing you to immediately add additional information such as photos, locations and explanations. Because reports are routed straight into the correct workflow, no additional administrative steps are required afterwards. This lowers the barrier to reporting, enabling organisations to learn from situations more quickly and to work continuously on improving quality and safety.

Reporting with smart questions

Thanks to smart questions tailored to the type of report or a specific location, staff can complete reports more quickly and easily.

Report offline as well

Don’t have an internet connection? No problem! You can also report offline. As soon as your device is connected again, the report will be sent automatically.

Adding photos, locations and devices

Staff can add additional information, such as photos, locations and devices.

Report from any location

You can submit reports from any location: whether you’re at the bedside, on the move, or visiting a patient at home.
