Features

What can you do with Interactive documents?

With Interactive documents in Zenya, you can make information in (often lengthy) documents instantly findable and actionable. Through smart questions, decision trees and visual elements, employees are guided step by step to exactly the relevant content, enabling them to make the right choices more quickly.

Find the right information quickly

By asking specific questions, you can quickly find the information you need.

Integrating multimedia

Easily add explanatory images, videos and hotspots.

Providing feedback and sharing information

Users can provide feedback within the application, for example if information is missing. The owner automatically receives a notification. You can also share information at the touch of a button, both with colleagues and with people outside the organisation.

Intuitive editor

With a user-friendly editor, you can create interactive documents without any technical knowledge. The application helps you structure each document logically. You can also add decision trees to guide the reader quickly to the right information.

Fully responsive

You can also use this feature on your smartphone and tablet.

Why did we develop this feature?

‘We heard from customers that staff weren’t reading lengthy protocols, but skimming them. So we wondered: what if the document itself could also scan the content and show only what’s relevant at that moment? Using decision trees and selection buttons, the user can find the information they need at that moment.’
