Features
It is important to always have access to accurate and up-to-date information about the assets within your organisation. This includes equipment, buildings, rooms, customers, processes and suppliers. To make the most efficient use of this information, it is useful to use a central database that you can easily access from all Zenya modules. That is why we have the ‘Zenya Card file’.
The Card file serves as the central link between all Zenya modules within your organisation. All information about an object is brought together in one place, so you can find what you need more quickly.
This feature has been developed for efficient use on smartphones and tablets. The maps and fields can also be fully customised and configured to meet the end user’s requirements.
You can use the Card file to carry out inspections of equipment or other items. The results of the inspection, a summary of the work carried out and any external certificates can easily be added to the relevant card.
Cards can be easily accessed by adding QR codes to objects. Simply scan the code to find exactly the information you need.
Upload Excel files to add external data. You don’t need any additional technical knowledge to do this.
