Can we import existing risk registers?

Yes, you can. This solution allows you to bulk import risks and controls via Excel or by syncing a CSV file. That means you can transfer your entire risk register in one go.

Does the solution provide alerts for timely risk evaluations or control tests?

Absolutely. For each risk or control, you can set up a task schedule with your preferred frequency — for example, an annual review or quarterly testing. Zenya automatically links tasks to the to-do list, sends notifications, and highlights upcoming or overdue items in dashboards.

Is there a pre-filled version available for common risks, such as information security in care organisations?

Yes. For information security, we offer two targeted ISMS solutions that help you get started quickly — whether or not you already have a Zenya environment.

No Zenya environment yet? Our standard ISMS solution provides a fully configured environment based on NEN 7510, including a complete set of up-to-date risks, controls and compliance frameworks.

Already using Zenya? You can import the full NEN 7510 content set directly into your current setup with the ISMS import. We can also support you in implementing information security optimally within your existing Zenya environment.

Can I easily create reports on key risks and share them with management?

Absolutely. You can use interactive dashboards — including heatmaps — or export data to Excel or BI tools. It’s easy to maintain oversight, filter for key risks, and share results with management via a live hyperlink.

Does Zenya also work with Single Sign-On?

How does Zenya ensure that my organisation's data remains secure?

Ensuring that you can use Zenya with confidence is our number one priority. Privacy is therefore an established focus in our development process. Thus, we have carefully chosen secure hosting, various security measures and certifications. Our SaaS solutions run on Microsoft Azure, a leading cloud computing platform from Microsoft with the highest security standards and qualifications.

Does Zenya have NEN and ISO certifications?

Yes, Zenya is certified to ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and NEN 7510.

Is this Zenya solution compliant with the AVG?

All client environments are logically separated, data is end-to-end encrypted and all data is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA) so it falls under European legislation. Moreover, our software offers the option to delete or anonymise personal data, and you as an organisation can largely decide on your own retention periods. This allows you to easily comply with AVG information security requirements.

As a Zenya customer, you can always contact our support team for functional or technical questions. In addition, all our customers are assigned their own Customer Success Manager as a permanent point of contact and we can support with specialised consultants where necessary.
