Zenya provides one central place for all relevant supplier data: from contact information and contracts to performance agreements and risk assessments. So you always have an up-to-date and complete overview, without having to search through separate documents or systems.

Can we assess and track suppliers within the system?

Yes. You can evaluate suppliers structurally based on your own criteria, such as quality, reliability and compliance with agreements. You can link findings directly to actions or reports, so that follow-up is guaranteed.

How does Zenya support compliance with laws and regulations such as MDR or ISO 9001?

With Zenya, you record which suppliers have to meet which standards or conditions. You can link documents, certificates and assessments so you can easily demonstrate compliance – for example, during an audit or inspection.

Is it possible to link contracts and responsibilities to suppliers?

Does Zenya have NEN and ISO certifications?

Yes, Zenya is certified to ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and NEN 7510.

Is this Zenya solution compliant with the AVG?

All client environments are logically separated, data is end-to-end encrypted and all data is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA) so it falls under European legislation. Moreover, our software offers the option to delete or anonymise personal data, and you as an organisation can largely decide on your own retention periods. This allows you to easily comply with AVG information security requirements.
