Smart search in Zenya

This is the new way to find information in Zenya. Traditionally, you search within Zenya by one or more keywords. As an organization, you can use your own synonyms to fine-tune the search results. With Zenya AI Search, we are introducing a completely new search method. You no longer have to search by keyword (although you can still do that), but by asking questions. You get a quick answer to your question, with reference to the source. In addition to documents, you can now use the AI Search function for smart searches of maps in the Zenya Card file, questionnaires, cross sections, report forms, Vilans documents and reports.

Help from our Support Bot Robin

Robin is now your new assistant in Zenya. You can ask Robin direct questions about using Zenya. Robin helps application administrators process and manage in Zenya. They can ask Robin questions, who then answers from training articles and refers to documents.

Smartly extracting findings from audit reports

So, the audit is over! But now the administrative hassle begins: entering audit findings, assigning actions to colleagues and more.... Our new AI functionality in Zenya AUDIT eases these administrative tasks. When an employee uploads an audit report, the AI functionality will automatically distil findings from that document and provide them to the administrator. Thus, findings can be easily placed in the system.

Translating interactive documents with AI

Suppose all the documents in your organization are written in Dutch. But you have some Polish colleagues who therefore cannot read these documents. Our new translation function solves this! Does your organization often work with Interactive documentsZenya DOC)? Then this functionality ensures that the interactive document is automatically offered to end users in their own language (as set in Zenya). Your Polish colleagues will thus see the interactive document in their own language. This happens automatically. Employees have the option to switch back to the language in which the document was written.

Summarizing Documents

Want to quickly get an idea of what a document is about and see at a glance whether it is the document you need? Then a good, short summary will definitely come in handy. AI in Zenya DOC now helps you automatically generate a summary of the document. If desired, you can fine-tune the summary yourself before publishing it for your colleagues.

Identify what has been changed in a document

Imagine a new version of a document is available for you. How can you quickly identify what has actually changed? Authors in Zenya have always been able to manually describe the changes to a document, but from now on, we can save you that time.

AI detects the changes compared to the previous version and summarizes them for you in a concise, bullet-point format. If desired, you can fine-tune this summary of changes yourself before publishing the document for your colleagues.

Automatic translation of reports

This feature allows a text field in a Zenya FLOW report to be automatically translated into another language. This enables colleagues to create reports in their own language, which are then automatically converted into the language used by your organization. It also allows you to translate summaries, enabling employees to send summaries in their own language.

Summaries of reports

Does a user create a report in Zenya FLOW? Then a summary of it can be created automatically. The summary can be shown to users, used in e-mails and more. This saves a lot of time as well as allowing you to assess the urgency of a particular notification more quickly.

When you map a risk in Zenya RISK, this new AI application can suggest missing causes, consequences or controls (measures) on demand.

Appropriate image for campaign messages

Raise awareness or guide colleagues step by step through changes with campaigns in Zenya BOOST. From now on, it will be even easier to create attractive messages for your campaigns. AI helps you generate appropriate images for a knowledge flash, question or poll.

Smart AI actions in your incident workflow

Use the power of generative AI to simplify the handling and analysis of incidents and complaints in Zenya FLOW. For example, let AI give you a head start with cause analysis, write a summary for management, or help you formulate friendly and accessible feedback to the reporter.

Identifying evidence for compliance

The Compliance overview in Zenya helps you prepare for an audit. For each requirement from the standards applicable to your organization, you can indicate whether you are compliant. However, the auditor will of course ask for evidence. Identifying and linking the relevant documentation is now even smarter. Let AI search for relevant documentation that matches the requirement set by the standard and save time.

Quick insight into questionnaire responses

Whether you use a questionnaire to measure satisfaction, perform safety checks or assess the quality of suppliers, it is always useful to be able to quickly form an impression of the responses.

For closed questions, this was already possible in the form of figures and graphs, but it is often the open questions that provide the most insight. At the same time, analyzing them takes the most time. With the new AI analysis in Zenya CHECK, we help you quickly get an overview of all response data, including the feedback provided in text.
