To enable interfacing with your organization's BI integration, we can provide you with an Azure SQL instance, which is automatically filled every night with current data from the Zenya module(s) you use. In addition, there are possibilities to use various APIs to read actual data from our software for your reports. By bringing together data from Zenya and other systems in a tool such as PowerBI, you can, for example, view the number of incidents in relation to the number of clients or customer projects within your organization.
