Discover one of the new ways to find information in Zenya. Whereas you would normally search for one or more keywords within Zenya, you can now also ask questions. You'll receive a quick answer to your question, with a reference to the source. In addition to documents, you can now also use the AI Search function for smart searching in cards in the Zenya Card file, questionnaires, cross-sections, reporting forms, and reports.
AI Search understands the question behind the question. The feature doesn't just look at individual keywords; it understands your intention when you type in a question. This means you'll still get relevant results even if your question doesn't match exactly how the information is stored.
Instead of searching one type of document at a time, AI Search searches through documents, protocols, reports and other sources. This means you no longer have to work out where a document is located yourself, and your search query takes center stage, not the system.
You want to find that one piece of information quickly so you can get on with your day. AI Search provides an instant answer to your question, complete with a source reference. That way, you can always be sure the answer is reliable.
Depending on who is searching, the output may vary in terms of level of detail or perspective. Answers are therefore tailored to the user's role, department and authorization level. This ensures that everyone receives information relevant to their work and that access rights are safeguarded.
As an add-on to Zenya AUDIT, AI Search helps users within the Compliance overview to quickly find and link relevant evidence to requirements. This results in more comprehensive and better-substantiated evidence.
