This solution demonstrates how you can use Zenya to address a specific theme, question or challenge. It is composed of features from one or more of our modules. The modules themselves are the actual software products you purchase from us.

Which Zenya modules do you need to get started with this solution?

Incident reporting is done via the Zenya FLOW module. Incident and complaint reports are collected through this module and can be directly linked to follow-up actions.

How can I report an incident in Zenya?

You can easily submit a report via the web version or the Zenya Capture app. With just a few clicks, you complete the form and can add photos or documents if needed.

Can I submit a report anonymously or confidentially?

Yes. For each form, you can decide whether name and contact details are mandatory, optional or excluded.

Can colleagues who speak other languages also report incidents in Zenya?

Yes. The correct language version is shown automatically, and you can switch languages manually. Zenya AI instantly translates the text, so every employee can read the report in their own language.

Is it possible to automatically update a patient or client record in the EPR/ECD following an incident report in Zenya?

Yes. With integrations between Zenya and, for example, Nedap ONS or MijnCaress, a copy is automatically saved in the ECD or EPR once the report is completed. This prevents duplicate administration.

Can patients and clients also submit complaints and incident reports themselves in Zenya, or do these need to be retyped?

Absolutely. You can set a form to 'External' or create a mobile or browser version. External submissions are received directly in your Zenya environment. No retyping required.

Yes. We offer standard integrations with, among others, HiX, Epic, ONS, MijnCaress, BeterDichtbij and Medeye. Zenya can also be integrated with various intranet and digital workspace systems.
