How does Zenya ensure that my organization's data remains secure?

That you can use Zenya with certainty is our number one priority. Privacy is therefore a permanent focus in our development process. Thus, we have carefully chosen safe hosting, various security measures and certifications. As a base, our SaaS solutions run on Microsoft Azure, a leading cloud computing platform from Microsoft with the highest security standards and qualifications.

Does Zenya have NEN and ISO certifications?

Yes, Zenya is certified to ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and NEN 7510.

Is this Zenya solution compliant with the AVG?

All client environments are logically separated, data is end-to-end encrypted and all data is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA) so it is covered by European legislation. In addition, our software offers the option to delete or anonymize personal data, and you as an organization can largely determine the retention periods you use. This allows you to easily meet the AVG requirements for information security.

As a Zenya customer, you can always contact our support team for functional or technical questions. In addition, all of our customers are assigned their own Customer Success Manager as a regular point of contact, and we can support with specialized consultants as needed.
